This document mentions detailed Terms & Conditions which makes the base of commitment between Tech Support Live ("we", "our") and you("visitor", "customer"). You are requested to read this document to have a better understanding of our plans and processes. Your registration with services of Tech Support Live will be done only after you agree to all these terms and conditions.
Tech Support Live offers various plans all at different prices to give the best value of money to the customers. The plans which we offer can be categorized as:
• Per Incidence Plan
• Starter Plan
• Basic Plan
• Advance Plan
Once you select for the plan you would like to go for, you will be walked through the process of registration for the plan. After registration you will be required to pay for the plan. You need to enter the card details on our webpage which will be available only after registration. You can use a valid credit or a debit card to make the payment. None of the plans will renew automatically and renewal will be done only after your consent and approval. If payment over our website doesn't go through then you can even pay us by giving the card details over phone. You card details will nowhere be saved by us in our system.
Charges for all the plans need to be paid in advance and only after that our tech team would be able to work on your computer and fix the issues. One subscription plan is valid only for one computer, you need to pay again if you need help on a second computer.
Tech Support Live provides support via phone or via remote control session over the internet. Remote session control which we establish can only be done once you agree to it and allow for the same. Without your permission will not be able to get access of your computer.
We will only take control of the computer registered with us and we will not be responsible for other computers at your place. Tech Support Live will take every possible, genuine, and logical effort to fix your computer problem or to suggest you the next course of steps towards resolution. Tech Support Live will not be responsible for kind of data loss if happens on your computer.
You should not do any kind of major troubleshooting or changes on your computer without informing us till the time your computer is in warranty with us. We will not be responsible for any kind of problems that may occur while you make changes, installations, updates, etc without informing Tech Support Live.
Every plan which Tech Support Live offers has a validity period, which commences from the date of registration. Tech Support Live will not provide support on to your computer after the validity of the plan has expired. We will not provide support if you make some modifications on your computer which were incompatible with the system, or if your computer system has any physical damage. In such cases we will not be able to help you on the broken system but will only be in a position to continue with support once you get the physical damage fixed or replace it with a new computer.
Tech Support Live's refund policy will come into application if our technicians fail to resolve your problem, or if the problem was out of scope for us.
Money-Back policy for Per Incidence Plans is valid only for 5 days. This duration will be counted from the day first support provided by Tech Support Live and not from the day of registration.
For all other subscription based plans tenure of the subscription for refund related purposes will be counted from the day of registration. For plans other than incidence we will refund the money in the case if you are not satisfied with our services. In this case you have to tell the genuine reason and give a chance to satisfy you if you are still not satisfied we will refund the money within 7 working days.
Tech Support Live respects and values your relation with us and hopes that will make a fair use of our services. We will do our best to always be up to your expectations and help you with problems that you might face on your computer. You must use our services only for the computers which you have registered with us and not for unregistered computers. Tech Support Live has all the rights to bar your services if we feel that your calls are intentionally done only for disturbing and harassing our staff. You will not be refunded in any of such intentional misconducts.
During the course troubleshooting we might install third party software/tools to fix your problem. By doing this we are just fixing your issue and we in no way are endorsing or marketing those products. Your Card information will nowhere be saved by us once the initial registration goes through. For any further transactions for renewal, upgrade of services we would need to ask for card details again.
You agree that should there be any case where Tech Support Live is held accountable for any reason, then in no case the liability of Tech Support Live will be greater than the amount paid to Tech Support Live for services purchased. We will not be responsible for any charge that may incur on your card if it gets declined while making the transaction. Tech Support Live can anytime review, modify, or change the terms and conditions and the support plan prices as appearing and the same will always be updated on our website http://www.tech-support-live.com.
